The St. Clement of Rome Finance Council is comprised of the parish operations manager, the pastor, and at least five parishioners, who are appointed by the pastor and possess skills in financial and/or business matters. The Finance Council advises the pastor in the fiscal matters of the parish, reviews and approves the St. Clement of Rome church and school budgets prepared by the operations manager, works with both Pastoral Council and School Board jointly in matters of appropriating funds for capital expenditures and the school financial aid program, and is kept informed of the operations of the Stewardship and Parish Fair Committees. The Finance Council meets at least four times per year (quarterly).
